Nothing, a London-based smartphone company, shared on X in a video. Nothing showcases a new Glyph Bar, which makes its debut with the upcoming devices. According to Nothing, the new interface has nine LEDs that can be individually controllable and 40 per cent brighter than the previous one.
What is the Nothing Glyph Bar?
In the video, we can spot a rectangular mini-LED lineup vertically together; the teaser shows seven LED units instead of nine, as stated by Nothing.
The Glyph Bar replaced the Glyph lights seen in previous Nothing series, like the 3a and the Glyph matrix in the Nothing Phone 3.
Nothing Phone 4a series: here is what we know.
This year, the Nothing Phone 4a series may come with new vibrant colors like blue and pink. in the other video, nothing shows the blue color with a transparent design that continues the design theme.
Apart from that, Nothing CEO Carl Pei had confirmed that this phone delivers a Flagship-level experience because the company skipped his upcoming phone 4 for 2026.
After that new color and Glyph bar, the Nothing Phone 4a series now uses Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chipsets. As per the rumors, the Nothing Phone 4a comes with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, and the Pro series may come with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4.
Both phones are getting AMOLED panels. However, the Phone 4a Pro comes with a 144Hz refresh rate, and the Phone 4a may come with a 120Hz display. Also, the Phone 4a series may have a triple camera setup. The phone 4a pro gets an upgraded 50-megapixel 3.5x periscope telephoto sensor. along with an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Nothing Phone 4a series Launch and expected date with price
Nothing may launch the phone 4a and 4a pro series on March 5, 2026, in London at 10:30 am GMT (4 pm IST).
As you know, Carl Pei already said that the Nothing Phone 4a series will be a Flagship experience, so the price should be between 389 and 400 Euros (in India, roughly Rs 42,000 to 45,000) in Germany and Spain. And the other one Pro Series price between 479 and 490 Euros (in India, roughly Rs 52,000 to 55,000).
